The peaceful, pretty village of Three Crosses lies centrally on the Gower Peninsula – Britain’s first designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Within a short drive are the beautiful Gower beaches with water sports and the Coastal Path offering walkers stunning views of the magnificent coastline. Also within easy distance is Swansea City Centre with its Marina and excellent leisure facilities. Nearby, in the village of Gowerton, is a rail link to West Wales, Swansea and Cardiff. Our self contained, ground floor annexe is compact, fully equipped and centrally heated. Its bedroom has a comfortable double bed and spacious wardrobes. Bed linen, towels and a hair dryer are provided.
The galley styled kitchen includes a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, an electric oven and hob unit and a microwave. In the lounge is a 32 inch, flat screen TV with full Sky package including movies and sports channels. The lounge overlooks a private patio area and the garden at the rear overlooks fields and woodlands. In front of the property are greens where parking is off road and directly in front of the annexe. The shower room contains a shower cubicle (two steps up), a wash basin and toilet. There is also a shaver point. In the village is a Spar shop and Post Office and the Poundffald pub which serves delicious food throughout the day. Minutes away at the other end of the village is the Gower Golf Club and Restaurant. Opposite the property is a small woodland area where a permanent walkway through the wood has been constructed.
